Nutritional consultation and/or evaluation of nutrigenetic test results
I am Giada Riccia, a nutrition biologist (registration number AA_091826). In 2019, I obtained a three-year degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition at the Campus Biomedico University of Rome. I subsequently continued my studies, obtaining a master’s degree at the same University in 2021. In December 2021, I obtained the qualification to practice the profession with consequent registration with the National Order of Biologists. I currently continue to follow courses and seminars in the nutritional field to broaden my knowledge. My goal for the patient is to be able to understand his lifestyle, his tastes and his habits, accompanying him towards a healthy and conscious diet and responding to his nutritional needs in the physiological and pathological field.
The first visit with Dr. Riccia includes:
- an introductory interview with an in-depth analysis of the patient’s personal (physiological and pathological) and family history;
- an anthropometric assessment by measuring weight, height and calculating the BMI (Body Mass Index);
- a bioimpedance test using the BIVA 101 PRO AKERN instrument, to assess body composition (lean mass, fat mass, cellular mass, total-extracellular-intracellular water);
- a measurement of body circumferences (waist, abdomen, hips, thigh, chest, arm);
- a personalized diet plan that will be sent within 7 days via email or WhatsApp.
A week after starting the diet, I will be available for a free check-up where I will be happy to receive the patient’s impressions regarding the diet plan, and, where requested, I will make any changes.
Pricing
The visit is carried out at the BEAUTY MEDICAL LAB Specialist Outpatient Clinic and costs €100 for the first visit and €80 for the follow-up visit. There may be promotional offers
