MUTATIONAL ANALYSIS OF TP53

Genechron Laboratory is able to perform the detection of TP53 point mutations in fresh-frozen and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded cancer tissue by full sequence analysis.
Genechron Staff has already designed and synthesized specific primers for amplification and sequencing of 2-11 exons of TP53 and has already set-up optimal amplification and sequencing conditions; this cost will not be included in the project’s quotation.

The service costs will thus include:

MUTATIONAL ANALYSIS OF CFTR

Genechron Laboratory is able to perform the detection of CFTR point mutations in the DNA extracted from blood samples through sequencing and analysis of the CFTR coding region.
Genechron Staff has already designed and synthesized specific primers for amplification and sequencing of 1-27 exons of CFTR gene and has already set-up optimal amplification and sequencing conditions; this cost will not be included in the project’s quotation.
