Registration Process

• Download the registration form (fillable PDF).
• Fill the registration form in all parts.
• Print the filled form.
• Laboratory Head and/or the Responsible of Commercial Service must sign the form.
  Unsigned Forms will be discarded.
• Send the signed form to Genechron by fax to number: +39.06.3048.3215
• In few days Genechron will send to you an email to confirm your registration and your account details.
